Had my air conditioner go out and took my truck up to Car Guys and Mark was fantastic. He went through the steps to make sure to get it right the first time. The whole crew are very friendly and knowledgeable. Got it fixed in a day and am very pleased with results. Will definitely be returning to them for any other work that needs to be done. Highly recommend them. Again kudos to Mark and the whole staff

Mark, the Manager, was wonderful! He took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. He was extremely busy but he was not short with any of the customers walking in or calling in. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. What a great first experience. I will definitely be back!

Awesome so far

they asked for it, so here it is. Buffalo & Sahara location 1st impression (which seemed helpful) was in no way a lasting one. turned into one of the absolute worst experiences of my entire life! i should've either waited for a tow to where i was originally headed, or at the least never returned after the 1st initial encounter. for nearly 3 mos. i struggled to get my car fixed here. not only did the initial estimate end up being double. the 2nd time a so called "repair" never materialized. had to go back within 2 weeks and add'l times afterwards. to add insult to injury the final time i was told "if you'd called we would've come & towed you to the shop". why the hell that wasn't said the very 1st time the problem still persisted is beyond me. furthermore, making disparaging comments & accusations against other establishments for merely verifying the actual initial work was done is malicious, ridiculous, spiteful, & unprofessional given the fact your establishment never fixed it. so, thankfully i had the sense to cut my losses & move on with my life. good riddance!
